Go to https://aapdac.vfairs.com/ and click on the orange login button. Use the email and password that you created when you set up your booth. Click on “Forgot Password” if you need to reset.

Download the conference agenda to see the times that participants will be on breaks. To staff the chat, simply go to your booth and click on the “Chat” link. That will open the chatroom for your exhibitor booth. Leave this tab open during the event so that you appear “online.” You can view sessions and leave the chat tab open throughout the day to monitor visitors/inquiries. Feel free to add welcome messages to your chat for participants – do this on the day of the event, as we will delete test messages the day before.
If you need to make corrections to your booth, use the booth link that you were sent when you set up your booth. If you need the link again, contact me at the email below. Please let us know if you make changes so we can review and apply the changes to the platform.
