Appalachian Addiction & Prescription Drug Abuse Conference

Pain & Addiction, Best Practices & Proper Prescribing | October 17 - 19, 2019

The Appalachian Addiction & Prescription Drug Abuse Conference has been developed specifically in cooperation with the WV Board of Medicine, WV Board of Osteopathic Medicine, WV Board of Nursing, and WV Board of Pharmacy to meet the 3-hour CME requirement for all physicians, nurses, physician assistants, podiatrists, pharmacists and others who prescribe/dispense controlled substances.

CMEs Available:
20 CMEs for MDs, DOs, PA, Pharmacists, Nurses, Counselors, Social Workers, Dentists, Psychologists and addiction professionals. The WV State Bar has approved our conference for 24.0 MCLE credits including 17.40 Ethics/Office Management/Substance Abuse/Elimination of Bias.

20 CEUs are approved for Peer Recovery Support Specialists.
